Thank you for contacting Sparkees. You are always welcome to drop off your equipment anytime during our regular business hours.
By making a deposit you are agreeing to Terms/Conditions of Service by Sparkees.
- FIRST VISIT:
- We require a non-refundable deposit for each equipment that will go towards the estimate or the repair of the equipment.
- If you choose to refuse the repair, Sparkees will retain the deposit. You can then choose to either recycle the equipment through us or pick it up.
- Approve an estimate by paying the invoice. Work will not begin until the estimate has been paid in full.
- This service is with a minimum of the deposit on repairs/service
- Sparkees does not work on 4 cycle handheld equipment.
- ESTIMATES:
- The "recycle, shop, and CC fees" cover oil and gas disposal, fuel replacement, miscellaneous shop supplies, and a 3.5% credit card convenience fee. You can avoid the credit card fee by paying in cash. We do not accept checks.
- Non-Working Equipment: Sparkees is not responsible for any new issues discovered or occurring on non-running or non-working equipment after the repair. You are responsible for any additional parts and labor, not included in the estimate, required for the equipment to function correctly after the initial repair.
- The estimate is an approximate cost for labor and parts related to the listed problems. It does not cover additional costs for parts, labor, or unexpected issues that may arise during the repair process.
- For 4-cycle repairs exceeding $150.00 or the approved budget, written approval via text or email is required before work begins.
- For 2-cycle repairs exceeding $90.00 or the approved budget, written approval via text or email is required before work begins.
- WARRANTY:
- Labor and new parts (excluding carburetors) are covered by a one-month warranty, 30 days after the equipment is fully repaired.
- Carburetor and fuel system warranties are valid only when Sparkees fuel is used. The warranty is void if other fuels are used.
- PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE:
- Under No circumstances will driver enter customers garage, backyard, shed or home to access equipment
- Equipment must be accessible to our driver, placed in driveway entrance or front curb by driveway
- Handheld 2 cycle equipment will only be picked up with lawn mowers, golf carts, go carts or UTV’s.
- Our pick up and delivery days are Thursday only. Routes are scheduled by Sparkees. Sparkees has the right to change pickup/delivery date if needed.
- Pick up and delivery is not covered under warranty.
- Sparkees is not responsible for missing items, scratches, dents or lost keys during transport.
- Multiple pieces pertaining to the same customer will be held until all pieces are repaired and can be delivered together.
- Delayed Pick-up or Delivery: Equipment will be sold or recycled 30 days after non response of contact or non approval of repair, refusal of repair, email or text repair completion date. Full payment allows for 90 day storage after receipt.
- Our pick-up and delivery service requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied towards your estimate and repair costs. In addition to the deposit, a pick-up and delivery fee will be charged for each piece of equipment, with the exception of push mowers and 2-cycle handheld equipment. Follow link for more details
- Sparkees has the right to refuse a pickup if equipment is not accessible to driver.
- Sparkees has the right to refuse a pickup if additional equipment is added by customer without notifying Sparkees first
- Please remove the grass catcher from riding mowers. Additional fees may apply if our driver has to remove it.
- Equipment must be placed in your driveway entrance or at the front curb by your driveway for easy access.
- Drivers will not enter garages, backyards, sheds, or homes to access equipment. Additional charges may apply if this occurs.
- Multiple pieces of equipment from the same customer will be held and delivered together after all repairs are completed.
- Sparkees is not responsible for missing items, scratches, dents, or lost keys during transport or repair. Sparkees reserves the right to refuse pick-up if equipment is inaccessible, not as described, includes non-approved multiple pieces, or presents unsafe conditions.
