All new parts installed, except carburetors, are covered under one month warranty, 30 days starting day of completed equipment repair and not date of customer pickup or delivery.. Labor is covered for one month, 30 days starting of completed equipment repair and not day of pickup/delivery .. Pick up and delivery is also not included under any warranty.

Carburetor and fuel system cleans and rebuilds or carburetor replacements are only warranty as long as Sparkees fuel is in the gas tank. When different fuel other than Sparkees fuel is added and the equipment stops running there is no warranty.

Pick Up and Delivery services are not covered under our service policy. If you have any questions, please let us know.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.


Sparkees is not held responsible for any new issues that are discovered or occur on non running or non working equipment brought in for repair after the equipment is repaired to run or work.   It is the customer’s responsibility ( AFTER REPAIR ) for any additional parts and labor, not included in the estimate, needed,, to get the equipment running or working correctly.


An estimate is an approximate cost of labor and parts to repair the problems listed on the invoice. The estimate does not cover any additional parts, labor or any other cost associated with the repair that is ,,, NOT,, listed. It doesn’t cover any cost associated with items unexpectedly breaking thru the normal practice of repair.


All repairs over 150.00 or over budget must have written approval thru either texted or email before any parts or labor can begin.
